We may ask a couple of brief questions to understand where you got stuck (so we can help or improve the Product), but a completed script is not required to receive your refund under the guarantee above.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear. Once a refund is issued, access to the Product may be revoked.
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period has passed. If you believe there is a genuine problem with your purchase — for example, you were charged in error or couldn't access the Product — contact us and we'll make it right.
Payments and refunds are handled by our third-party payment provider, which may act as the Merchant of Record for your transaction. Refunds are processed in accordance with their standard procedures and applicable law.
